For years, Westcott Homes has been a top homebuilder in the Seattle and Western Washington areas because of an enduring devotion to customer service and quality craftsmanship.
In the year 2000, Westcott Homes started building in the Puget Sound region. Since then, we've built over 1,000 homes in more than 20 communities.
Today, our headquarters is based in Kirkland, WA.
There are a lot of homebuilders out there. Some are big regional and national builders-they have access to great resources and they can offer low prices. But when it comes to details, customer service, and support, they often fall short. Other homebuilders are small-they can offer a more personable experience, but they lack the professionalism and buying power of bigger homebuilders.
Westcott Homes, on the other hand, combines the best of both worlds. While we are a big enough company to have the resources, professionalism, and low prices of a national builder, we are first and foremost a Seattle area homebuilder. We understand the market of the region, and we provide friendly service to all our customers.
From the start, we've worked toward our goals with a clear vision that was laid out thoughtfully in our mission statement:
"Our mission is to develop communities that provide lasting value and pride for our customers, our business partners, and our company."
Customers often wonder about the origins of the name Westcott. Some people think the name references Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Westcott house. Others assume we have something to do with Westcott Rulers, a national company that manufactures office supplies.
In reality, our company was named after a location in the Pacific Northwest that holds a special place in our owner's heart, Westcott Bay near Friday Harbor. From the beginning Westcott Homes has been a company firmly rooted in Western Washington. We're a local company with a local name. And we're proud of that fact.
