What we didn’t mention was that not only do our homes come standard with items like granite slab countertops and hardwood entries; we give our buyers options to choose from when it comes to finish colors and fixtures.
Granite Color Selections
At each of our current communities, we give our buyers four different options of granite slab colors.
Hardwood, Cabinet and Carpet Color
For hardwoods, cabinets and carpet, you can choose from our Darker Finish Package or our Lighter Finish Package, which ever suits you best.
