We assign to the homeowner any warranties issued by the manufacturer covering appliances and equipment sold and installed in your home. This is your sole and exclusive warranty for all appliances and equipment installed in your home.
Copies of all manufacturers’ warranties have been made available at the sales office. You will be given your manufacturers warranties during the Primary Walk-Thru.
Following is a partial list of manufacturers’ items not covered by the HBW Warranty or Westcott Warranty Services, LLC:
- Appliances – for service on any of these items you will contact the manufacturer directly. It is very important that you complete and mail in the warranty cards you will be provided during your Primary Walk to ensure you are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
