From Bellevue:
On I-405 S, take Exit 4 (Renton/Enumclaw). Get into the left lane. Turn left on NE 3rd St. Follow up hill for 2.3 miles. NE 3rd St. becomes NE 4th St. Turn left on Hoquiam. Langley Meadows is three
blocks ahead on the right.

From Renton:
On I-405 N, take Exit 4B (Bronson Way). Turn right on Maple Valley Road. Turn right on Sunset Blvd. Go North for one block. Turn right on NE 3rd St. Follow up hill for 2.3 miles. NE 3rd St. becomes NE 4th St. Turn left on Hoquiam. Langley Meadows is three blocks ahead on the right.

They also have all pricing on the available upgrades on hand there as well.

In many communities the lot sizes will not allow for 3-car garages. Where they are of significant size to accommodate 3-car garages we will certainly consider it in the future. We understand that 3rd car garages are sought after for new homes in the Renton market, but to protect our unique value proposition for price, quality and amenities, they don’t fit into our community plans at the moment. Thanks for your input!
